Refunds & Adjustments

I want you to love your hair! Every service starts with a consultation so we’re on the same page about your goals. Because of the time, products, and care that go into every appointment, I do not offer refunds.

If you’re not completely happy with your hair, please reach out within 7 days. I’ll do my best to schedule an adjustment appointment to shift or refine your look so it feels right for you.

If it feels like a bigger change is needed, we can also talk about what you’d like to adjust for your next appointment—that way we can make a plan together.

Please note: once another stylist has worked on your hair, or if changes are made at home, any adjustment guarantee is void. Always contact me first to avoid confusion or disappointment.

Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously! Any personal information you share—like your phone number, email, or address—is used solely to create a personalized salon experience just for you. I will never share or distribute your information without your consent.

To book an appointment, I ask that you keep a card on file. This helps me uphold the cancellation and no-show policy. Your card information is securely stored and encrypted through Stripe. I don’t have access to your full card details, and your information is never shared.

You can feel confident knowing your personal info is safe while we focus on making your salon experience amazing!

Cancellations & No Shows 

I get it—life happens! If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, just try to give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If it’s less than 24 hours, there’s a 20% fee.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the service cost.

These fees aren’t meant to be strict—they just help cover the time I’ve reserved for you, especially if I can’t fill your spot on short notice.

If you arrive late, no worries! I’ll make sure we get the most out of the time we have together. Services may be adjusted to fit the remaining time, and guests arriving 15 minutes or more late might need to reschedule, with the cancellation fee applied.

I really appreciate you respecting my time, and I promise to do the same. If I’m ever running behind, you’ll be the first to know!
