Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and personal information. Any personal information gathered is used to create an all encompassing salon experience just for you. I will not share or distribute your personal information  such as your phone number, email, or your address with out your consent. 

To book an appointment with me, you are asked to keep a card on file. This is for the purpose of upholding the Cancelation/ No Show policy. I do not have access to your card information for any other purpose nor do I distribute this information. 

Refunds

I do not offer refunds for services rendered. I work tirelessly to provide the best service possible and will work to make sure you love your hair based on our consultation at the beginning of your appointment.  In the event that something needs to be adjusted please notify me within 7 days of your service. I will do my best to get you in, in a timely manner. Once another stylist has worked on your hair or you have made changes yourself any warranty will be void. Please contact me first in order to avoid any confusion or disappointment. 

Cancellations & No Shows 

Please give no less than 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Notice given less than 24hrs in advance or failure to arrive for an appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment cost. Please use discretion when considering canceling or rescheduling your appointments. Clients who take advantage or habitually reschedule/cancel with short notice or no notice may have the ability to book rescinded. My pledge to you is that I be respectful of your time as well and will try to give as much advanced notice of illness or if I am running behind. Your time is just as important and I want to respect that.
