I'm so glad you're here!

I know trusting someone new with your hair care can be nerve racking, especially when you aren't sure what to to expect. Here is some additional information to help make your fist visit as seamless and comfortable as possible. 

Communication

Text & Email Notifications

You will receive confirmation email and/ or texts 72 & 24 hours before your appointment. You will have the option to confirm or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. 

Before Your Visit

Whether you like to air dry and go or do a whole blowout on your hair, please come as you typically style. (No more than 3 days old hair please) It's best I see your hair as it normally is so I can strategically place your color or help with styling or product recommendations.

Dress for comfort

I'm all about comfort here at Hair by Alisha, and that goes for you as well. I want you to feel comfortable while you get your hair done. If you'd like a quiet appointment, you want to work on your laptop, have your earbuds in, read a book or get chatty, I'm here for it! Make sure you dress comfortably as some appointment may take longer. That being said please avoid tops with bulky necklines such as turtlenecks and hoodies.

Parking & Arrival

Parking

We have a large parking lot we share with all the business in Veranda Park. Some days and times are busier than others and parking can be tight at times, particularly in the winter. Please arrive a few minutes early to give yourself plenty of time for parking and getting settled in the salon. 

Come on In

Our suite is located in the middle of Veranda Park. (The bottom of the horse shoe) We share a door with Bear Naked Wax, between Bozeman Brow Bar & Stuart Whitehair P.C. Come in , use the restroom if you need and I'll be with you shortly. We offer Coffee, Water or Hot Tea if you'd like while you wait. 

Payment Methods

All major credit cards & Cash*. I also offer gift cards as well. 

 * Please be aware that a cash till is not kept in salon and change may not be available.

Policies

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please give no less than 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Notice given less than 24hrs in advance or failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a Cancellation Fee of approximately 50% of the appointment cost. Please use discretion when considering canceling or rescheduling your appointments. Clients who take advantage or habitually reschedule/cancel with short notice or no notice may have the ability to book rescinded. My pledge to you is that I be respectful of your time as well and will try to give as much advanced notice of illness or if I am running behind. Your time is just as important, and I want to respect that.

Late Arrivals

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be reschedule and cancellations fees will apply.

Adjustments

I work hard to provide the bet service possible and will work to make sure you love your hair based on our consultation at the beginning of your appointment. That being said, I do not offer refunds for services rendered. In the event that you are struggling with your hair, please notify me within 7 days of your service. I will do my best to get you in for an adjustment, in a timely manner. Once another stylist has worked on our hair or you have made changes yourself any warranty there may be is void. Please contact me first in order to avoid any confusion or disappointment. 

Product Exchanges

Should you make a product purchase that you are unsatisfied with, lets find you something better! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as its within 30 days of the purchase and the product is at least half full.
